Civil Commerce Innovation and Technology (01632) establishes a special investigation committee

The board of directors has decided to establish a special investigation committee (special investigation committee) composed of all independent non-executive directors (i.e. Mr. Hu Guocai, Mr. Liu Yaojie and Mr. Lei Hui) to investigate matters raised in the resignation letter of the then independent non-executive director. The Special Investigation Committee is responsible for appointing independent professional advisors as investigators to conduct an independent investigation into the matter; report findings of the independent investigation to the Board; and make recommendations to the Board on appropriate actions (if any) to be taken.
