FLSmidth to Establish Fourth Business Line in January 2027

05:55 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FLSmidth (FLS.CO) will establish the crushing, sizing and screening business line, effective Jan. 1, 2027, as part of an organizational restructure to clarify portfolio ownership, according to a Thursday release. The fourth business line of the flowsheet technology and services company will concentrate on higher-volume, more standardized, and repeatable offerings, primarily sold through site-level channels. Alanas Kraujalis, the interim president of the service business line, will be appointed as president of the new business line.
