Ten departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the “15th Five-Year Plan to Promote the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises”. The plan states that small and medium-sized enterprises are encouraged to establish the concept of green development, guide small and medium-sized enterprises that are in a position to do so to gradually establish a full-cycle green production model, adopt green design, use green production materials and green technology, and achieve green recycling. Promote small and medium-sized enterprises in traditional industries to implement green and low-carbon transformation and raise the level of environmental protection performance. Encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out product carbon footprint and corporate carbon emission management, develop and promote green products, and build green factories.
