According to the latest customs data, in the first seven months of this year, Zhejiang's imports and exports to Egypt amounted to 24.83 billion yuan, an increase of 14.5% over the previous year, faster than the province's foreign trade growth rate of 5.0 percentage points, accounting for 26.1% of the country's total import and export value to Egypt. Egypt has become an important trade market for Zhejiang in Africa.
