Currently, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech is making every effort to promote the construction of the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Park 2.0 and establish an “investment, incubation and research” integrated industry service system. During the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, Pudong will focus on “design leadership and full-chain layout” to create a “core” highland for integrated circuit development.
