10:39 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Roche (RO.SW) and Treeline Biosciences entered into a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement to study TLN-121 in combination with CD20xCD3 T-cell-engaging bispecific antibodies for the treatment of B-cell lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The US clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company's BCL6 degrader TLN-121 will be combined with the Swiss drugmaker's glofitamab and mosunetuzumab in separate combination cohorts, according to a Wednesday release. Treeline will carry out the phase 1 dose-escalation and expansion study in the fourth quarter, with Roche providing the antibodies for specific expansion cohorts. The study is based on preclinical data demonstrating improved anti-tumor activity with both CD20xCD3 T-cell-engaging bispecific antibodies and CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapies, compared with TLN-121 or CD19 CAR-T alone.
