The Zhitong Finance App learned that on Wednesday, Zaiding Pharmaceutical (ZLAB.US) rose more than 8% to $27.44. According to the news, on August 31, Zaiding Pharmaceutical registered a global phase III clinical trial of ZL-1310+ PD-L1 antibody first-line treatment for ES-SCLC on the ClinicalTrials.gov website. The global phase III clinical trial is intended to enroll 530 first-line ES-SCLC patients and is expected to be initially completed in June 2030.

ZL-1310 is a new ADC drug targeting DLL3. It is constructed using Yilian's next-generation ADC technology TMALIN, and uses TOPO1 inhibitors as payload. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, high elimination rate, and high permeability. ZL-1310 showed potent killing effects in preclinical studies of PDX models of small cell lung cancer.

CITIC Construction Investment previously released a research report stating that the company's independent R&D assets are gradually entering the clinical value verification stage, and the core self-research pipeline is expected to usher in intensive data readings and key R&D progress within the year. Important catalysts for the second half of 2026 include: publication of Zoci (ZL-1310, DLL3 ADC) first-line small cell lung cancer (1L SCLC) combined treatment data, promotion of 1L SCLC and extrapulmonary neuroendocrine cancer (ep NE C) registration development; and publication of the first human data for ZL-1503 (IL-13×IL-31Rα double antibody).
