Nasdaq Helsinki Fines Summa Defence Over Disclosure Rule Violations

The Finnish defense and security technology group was issued a warning and fined for failing to properly disclose changes to its working capital and financial results, meet disclosure timeliness requirements, and comply with obligations related to insider lists. The committee also identified deficiencies in Summa Defence's administrative processes, particularly regarding financial information. The committee also dismissed three other alleged rule violations.
