Okanvision Bio-B (01477): OT-211 Phase III clinical trial completed patient enrollment

Oconvision Bio-B (01477) announced that the phase III clinical trial of OT-211 (TRYPTYR® acotrimene eye drops) in the People's Republic of China has recently completed enrolling a total of 398 patients.

OT-211 (TRYPTYR® acotrimene eye drops) is an eye drop formula with a concentration of 0.003%. It is also the first TRPM8 agonist approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat dry eye (DED). In March 2026, OT-211 completed its first patient enrollment in phase III clinical trials in China, marking an important milestone in OT-211's clinical development in China and reflecting the Group's commitment to promoting innovative therapies for DED patients.
