06:18 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research anticipates Bureau Veritas (BVI.PA) will set 2026 through 2030 targets similar to its Leap 28 plan goals at the company's upcoming investor event on Sept. 22, 2026. "At its Capital Markets Day this September, we expect Bureau Veritas to set out targets broadly in line with LEAP 28, as they remain, in our view, both relevant and comprehensive. We see BV guiding for 1) mid-to-high [single-digit] organic growth over 2026-30E ([Visible Alpha] cons at 6%, BofA ests at 6.2%) 2) consistent margin expansion (VA cons +70bps FY30 vs FY25, BofA +110bps) 3) >90% cash conversion to EBIT, underpinning a double-digit total return to shareholders (EPS [compound annual growth rate] plus dividend yield). BV is already tracking well, with c7% organic growth CAGR FY24-28E and adj. EBITA margins ramping to c17% by FY28 (c100bps above FY24) and 17.3% by FY30E on our estimates," the research firm said Tuesday. Analysts believe topline growth will be driven by industrial end-markets, starting with buildings and infrastructure, then followed by business assurance and agriculture and commodities. "We see AI assurance emerging as a genuine mid-term revenue pool for [testing, inspection and certification], spanning training, testing, audits and compliance support well beyond certification itself," the note said. Against this backdrop, BofA left its forecasts "broadly unchanged," while the research firm affirmed its buy rating on "attractive" growth outlook and artificial intelligence-related prospects. The stock has a price objective of 30 euros.
