On August 29, the Skyworth Smart Appliance Industrial Park project with a total investment of about 3 billion yuan broke ground in the Nanjing Lishui Development Zone. It is expected to be put into use in July 2027. As a strategic project to increase capital and expand production of Skyworth Electric, the new park covers an area of about 282 acres, with a planned construction area of 200,000 square meters. It is positioned as a modern intelligent manufacturing base integrating intelligent logistics, automated production with information management, and green energy saving.
