The maximum wind near the center is level 8, and it will move at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour from east to north. The Fujian Provincial Defense Bureau upgraded the emergency response for flood control to level 2 at 11:00 on September 2, and maintained a level 4 emergency response for typhoon prevention.
