Nestlé to Sell Holistic Health Portfolio for $1 Billion

11:15 PM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nestlé (NESN.SW) said Tuesday it agreed to the $1 billion sale of its holistic health portfolio to US private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners. The portfolio includes the consumer goods giant's mainstream vitamins, minerals and supplements business primarily operating in the US, with a presence in other countries like Canada and China. The deal covers the Nature's Bounty, Osteo Bi-Flex, Ester-C, Gard, Nuun, Puritan's Pride and Sisu brands, the private-label supplements business in the US, as well as dedicated manufacturing, packaging, warehousing and distribution operations. Completion of the transaction is expected in the first half of 2027, subject to the approval of relevant regulators.
