The first batch of primary diseases included 31 DRG primary diseases and 127 DIP primary diseases. All regions should refer to the primary diseases announced by the country, and determine the local primary diseases reasonably, taking into account the layout of local medical resources, primary service capabilities, and residents' medical service needs. After the primary disease types are determined, health insurance will implement and coordinate medical institutions at different levels within the region to pay the same disease, further strengthen the preferential support of medical insurance for the grassroots level, guide patients to seek medical treatment at the primary level on a priority basis, and better promote the construction of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
