The US Central Command issued the latest statement today saying that it has completed a round of attacks against Iranian military targets. During the operation, which lasted about six and a half hours, the US military “attacked targets of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran, including air defense positions, radar systems, maritime assets and facilities, mine-mining capabilities, and communication sites.” The statement said, “This attack comes after the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran recently attempted to attack commercial shipping and US military personnel in the Strait of Hormuz. Currently, there are more than 50,000 US military personnel on missions across the Middle East. They are highly alert, capable of lethal strikes, and are ready to continue carrying out the combat instructions issued by President Trump.”
