Euroholdings Extends Time Charters For M/V Joanna At Daily Rate Of $24,000, And M/V Aegean Express At $20,500, With New Periods Starting December 2026 And January 2027, Respectively

Euroholdings Ltd. (NASDAQ:EHLD, the "Company" or "Euroholdings"))), an owner and operator of container carriers and tanker vessels and provider of container and tanker seaborne transportation services, announced today time charter contract extensions for its two container vessels:

• The 1,732 teu feeder containership, M/V Joanna, for a minimum of 30 months plus up to an additional 20 days at the option of the charterer, at a gross daily rate of $24,000. The new period will commence on December 2, 2026.
  
   
• The 1,439 teu feeder containership, M/V Aegean Express, for a minimum period of 24 to a maximum period of 26 months, at the option of the charterer, at a gross daily rate of $20,500. The new period will commence on January 1, 2027.
