Russia's appointed leader of the Lugansk region, Pasechnik, said in a social media post on September 1 that the Ukrainian armed forces used drones to attack several civilian cars in the region on the same day, killing 4 people and injuring 3 others. Pasechnik said that all the wounded had received timely medical attention. Pasechnik also said that in the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian army attacked automobiles, residential buildings, industrial areas and civilian infrastructure in nine towns in the region. Currently, the staff of the Russian Federation Investigation Commission are investigating the consequences of this attack by the Ukrainian military.
