Skanska Bags NOK392 Million Contract to Build Technical Utility Plant in Norway

05:23 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) said Tuesday it secured a 392 million-Norwegian-krone contract from Helse Sør-Øst RHF to build the F2 technical utility plant at New Rikshospitalet in Oslo, Norway. Under the agreement, the Swedish construction group will construct a technical utility facility to supply energy, cooling, medical gases, emergency power, and information and communications technology infrastructure to the new hospital buildings at Rikshospitalet. The project is scheduled for completion in June 2028.
