Oxford Metrics Buys Facial Capture Company Captive Devices

05:16 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oxford Metrics (OMG.L) purchased UK-based facial capture technology company Captive Devices for a total consideration of up to 750,000 pounds sterling. The transaction, signed with Greyhound Industry, EEInsights, and Periscope Technical, will be settled through cash, shares, and a potential earnout payment, according to a Tuesday release. The smart sensing and software company said the earnout payment worth up to 200,000 pounds is subject to the gross profit sales performance of the acquired company's facial performance capture system.
