According to the investigation results, on August 14, 2026, 20 shareholders held a total of 62,422,114 shares of the company's shares, which is equivalent to 15.41% of the company's issued share capital. On August 14, 2026, 11,700,080 shares of the company (2.89% of the issued share capital) were registered as held by Hong Kong Central Clearing (Agent) Limited in the company's Hong Kong shareholder register, but were not deposited in the Central Clearing and Settlement System. The relevant shares, together with 300,178,000 shares (74.12% of the issued share capital) held by the two major shareholders of the company, are equivalent to 92.42% of the company's issued share capital.
