On the morning of August 27, the 2026 China International Big Data Industry Expo “Digital Talent Development” exchange event was held in Guiyang City. Xia Bing, member of the party group and deputy director of the National Data Bureau, and Lu Yongzheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Committee and head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Committee, attended the event and delivered speeches. The event was hosted by the Organizing Committee of the China International Big Data Industry Expo, hosted by Nankai University, the China Judicial Big Data Research Institute, and co-organized by the School of Social Sciences of Tsinghua University. More than 400 guests from government, industry, academia, and research gathered to provide suggestions for cultivating digital intelligence talents in the age of artificial intelligence.
