The plan is to fund more than 100 young players studying abroad over a period of five years to explore the establishment of an overseas talent training model in line with the current state of Chinese soccer development. According to reports, the program is an important part of the “Overseas Training Program for Chinese Youth Soccer Talents”. It supports promising young Chinese players aged 15 to 17 to go to overseas clubs to further their studies and participate in high-level games based on the principle of “special support, systematic guarantee, focus on potential, and post-match rewards.”
