CBRE: Zhou Zhenbang promoted to MD of Asia Capital Markets and Zhen Junmin promoted to MD and Head of Hong Kong Capital Markets

The Zhitong Finance App learned that on September 1, CBRE announced two important management promotions: Mr. Zhou Zhenbang was promoted to Managing Director of the Asian Capital Markets Department (excluding Japan), and Mr. Zhen Junmin was promoted to Managing Director and Supervisor of the Hong Kong Capital Markets Department. Both appointments will take effect on September 1, 2026.

Since joining CBRE in 2019 and 2020, respectively, Zhen Junmin and Zhou Zhenbang have been leading the Hong Kong capital markets team, serving as heads of Hong Kong's capital markets department and heads of capital markets, investment properties and private offices, respectively.

Under the new position, Zhou Zhenbang will continue to be responsible for the Hong Kong business, while expanding the scope of its regional management, helping to promote cross-border capital flows, deepening partnerships with clients in major Asian markets, and further expanding CBRE's Asian capital market business platform outside of Japan.

Zhen Junmin will continue to lead the Hong Kong Capital Markets Department and Capital Advisors (Capital Advisors), focusing on expanding the business coverage of different asset classes, strengthening the company's layout in the luxury housing market, deepening customer relationships, and seizing emerging development opportunities in the market.
