Swiss Monthly Retail Sales Up 0.1% in July

02:48 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Seasonally adjusted retail sales in Switzerland edged up 0.1% month over month in real terms in July, after a revised 0.3% increase in the previous month, the country's Federal Statistical Office said Tuesday. On a yearly basis, calendar-adjusted retail sales in real terms were 2.3% higher, compared with the revised 1.9% jump earlier and the consensus estimate of a 1.6% growth.
