The Zhitong Finance App learned that Jingwei Tiandi (02477) fell more than 3% after the results. As of press release, it had a decrease of 3.08% to HK$0.22, with a turnover of HK$63.7039 million.

According to the news, on August 31, Jingwei Tiandi announced the 2026 interim results. Earnings decreased by about 8.2% to about 82.6 million yuan. The losses attributable to the company's equity holders were about 41.6 million yuan, a year-on-year profit and loss; the basic loss per share was about 1.04 points.

According to the announcement, the losses were mainly due to fair value losses of financial assets that include profit and loss at a fair value; due to market saturation, increased industry competition, and rising operating costs, the Group's telecom business lost during the period, while making profits in the same period of 2025; and launching a fintech business in the second half of last year, and initiating an AI strategy upgrade during the reporting period to expand its business to the AI infrastructure computing power service sector. These new businesses increased employee welfare expenses and other operating expenses accordingly.
