According to WooFunai, MicroStrategy (MSTR.US) realizes dual-track capital operations through stock monetization, injecting newly obtained liquidity into BTC holdings and STRC project maintenance at the same time. This operation indicates that its capital allocation strategy seeks a dynamic balance between expanding assets and maintaining debt structures.

According to data compiled by WooFunai, the company sold 4,531,421 shares of MSTR common stock in one week and recorded net revenue of US$602.8 million. The amounts in the declaration documents all kept a decimal fraction, but the total of the four specific uses disclosed was only US$602.2 million, with a difference of US$0.6 million and not separately explained. The flow of capital is clearly differentiated: part is used for BTC to attract funds, while the rest is targeted to support STRC floating interest rate cumulative sustainable preferred stocks.

On the asset side, the total cost of purchasing all of MicroStrategy's BTC holdings reached US$63.73 billion, and the average cost of a single item was US$75,412. On the debt side, although it did not sell any preferred shares through the market price trading plan, the company used USD 202.5 million to repurchase STRC shares and pay dividends. After implementation, there is still $364.8 million of available credit under its preferred share repurchase plan, showing sufficient room for refinancing.

As of August 30, MicroStrategy's USD cash balance was USD 1.61 billion and USD reserve balance was USD 5.1 billion. The latter is used exclusively to pay dividends on preferred shares and interest on outstanding debts. Both balances include funds expected to be obtained from market transactions but have not yet been paid. This cash reserve structure shows that while maintaining a highly leveraged BTC exposure, the company is hedging potential repayment risks through refined liquidity management.
