The transaction involved the purchase of 4,603 bitcoins at a total cost of US$369.7 million, with an average unit price of approximately US$80,318. To support this expenditure, the company sold $602.8 million worth of common stock and spent $151.8 million to repurchase preferred shares.

According to data compiled by Woofun AI, the parallel operation of financing and buyback aims to optimize the capital structure to maintain a highly leveraged BTC holding strategy.

Currently, MicroStrategy (MSTR.US) holds 845,050 bitcoins with a total value of $63.73 billion, and the average holding cost has dropped to $75,412. Although dollar reserves fell to $6.7 billion, after adjustments, the value of the company's assets returned to a positive range, significantly improving financial health.
