According to Zhitong Finance App, Sichuan Jiuzhou (000801.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 6.2472% of the shares of Sichuan Jiuhuixin Technology Co., Ltd. (Kyushu Optoelectronics for short) held by Wuhan Zhihuixin Technology Co., Ltd. through an agreement transfer, with a total transaction consideration of about 18.2462 million yuan, or 2.86 yuan for every 1 yuan of registered capital.

According to reports, in recent years, Kyushu Optoelectronics has vigorously expanded its optical module business around scenarios such as optical access networks and data centers, and has formed large-scale manufacturing capabilities for ultra-high speed optical modules such as 800G/1.6T, with a compound growth rate of over 40% in the past three years. With the rapid expansion of demand for high-speed optical communication, the Kyushu Optoelectronics optical module business is expected to grow significantly in the future. Through this shareholding, the company will rely on its customer and manufacturing advantages in the smart terminal, data communication and operator markets to form industrial linkages with Kyushu Optoelectronics in the fields of high-speed optical modules, etc., to make up for the company's shortcomings in high-speed optical connectivity and provide upstream technology and supply chain support for the upgrading and iteration of products such as all-in-one computing power machines and optical network terminals.
