The group achieved revenue of 94.46 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 19.88%; profit attributable to company owners was 58.205 million yuan, an increase of 34.78% year on year; profit per share was 6.65 points.

The main reasons for the increase in profit during the reporting period were as follows: The profit share of the Group's joint ventures was about $11.843 million, which was mainly due to the Group's joint venture Shenzhen Jichuang, and the Group did not share any joint venture profit in the first half of 2025; the Group vigorously promoted cost reduction and efficiency measures during the reporting period, thereby reducing employee welfare expenses by about $4.148 million, and depreciation and amortization expenses by about $7.668 million. However, this was partially offset by a reduction in gross profit of about $2.987 million and an increase in expected credit losses of about $5.559 million in financial and contract assets. Overall, these combined effects reduced operating losses by about $3.243,000 compared to the same period in 2025.
