Huayu Holdings Limited reduced its holdings of Jinshi Holding Group (01943) by 1.64 million shares at a price of approximately HK$1.30 per share

After the holdings were reduced, the latest number of shares held was about 649 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 55.30%.
