According to the Zhitong Finance App, Botai Auto Federation (02889) announced its 2026 interim results, with revenue of about 2,228 billion yuan, up 105.1% year on year; gross profit of about 257 million yuan, up 64.7% year on year; net loss during the adjusted period was about 105 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 35.2%.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue and gross profit is mainly due to the company's core competitiveness being continuously recognized by the market, the smart cockpit solutions sector has improved by leaps and bounds, and AI solutions have shown explosive growth.

In the first half of 2026, AI models accelerated from technical verification to large-scale mass production on the vehicle side, and end-side deployment, cabin driving integration, and AI agents became the focus of industry competition. During the reporting period, the company was designated as a next-generation smart model by a leading OEM NEV company, leading the way in providing the world's first “soft and hard” AI Box integrated solution based on the NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Thor platform, and became the first “soft and hard” AI application company at home and abroad to reach mass production cooperation with this chip manufacturer. At the same time, the company became one of the first contracted customers of Horizon's first integrated cabin driving chip “Horizon Starry Sky®”, to jointly build a cost-effective domestic integrated cabin driving solution; with Xunce Technology and Saimu Technology, they also jointly developed token-based physical AI world models and TokenOS to explore innovative models such as in-vehicle Tokens billing to promote the upgrading of in-vehicle AI from hardware sales to continuous operation of the value flow model.

The explosion in demand for large AI models has led to a rise in demand for core devices such as high-speed optoelectronic chips in AI data centers. During the reporting period, the company continued to promote the acquisition of a high-speed optoelectronic chip Fabless design company (its product is one of the core chips for AI data center optical modules), strategically expand into the upstream chip field, form a complex layout of “smart car solutions+high-performance communication chips”, and expand the depth of “car-cloud” data loop and computing power infrastructure. In addition, the company and NVIDIA have deepened cooperation around next-generation computing platforms and optical communication, and have jointly built a “brain-cerebellum” collaborative intelligent system based on open source Hongmeng, extending AI capabilities to new scenarios such as robots, and continuously improving the AI technology layout throughout the entire industry chain.
