03:23 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Cable Co. (SASE:2110) said Monday that a Riyadh Appeals Court overturned an earlier ruling terminating the company's financial restructuring procedure and rejected the application to end the process. Following the court decision, the Tadawul-listed cable company will resume its status under the Financial Reorganization Procedure. Saudi Cable has settled all claims on its creditors' list except those of 35 commercial and labor creditors, representing 2.2 million Saudi riyals outstanding. It also rescheduled liabilities owed to several government entities. The company added that it continues to dispute claims filed by Tathmeer Investment Co. and Rawafed Al-Mustaqbal Co., citing alleged procedural and substantive irregularities in the agreements.
