The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest report of the Federal Property Price Index was 148.55 points, down 0.21% from week to week, with a narrow trend; compared with four weeks ago, property prices fell 0.34%; as far as this year, property prices have continued to rise 10.27%. Meanwhile, the latest report of the US Federal Confidence Index, which reflects owners' trading attitudes, was 74.3 points, down 2% from week to week.

Midland Property analyst Shen Songqian pointed out that with the launch of multiple new listings, sales and deployment, the property market atmosphere is favorable. However, first-hand projects are also seizing market focus, and some owners who are in a hurry to sell their goods cut prices to increase attractiveness, leading to an increase in price cuts, causing the confidence index to fall; however, the confidence index continues to be above average, indicating that the upward trend in property prices has not changed.
