Recently, the market supervisory authorities of the three provinces and one city of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui jointly issued “Some Measures for Integrating Market Supervision in the Yangtze River Delta to Help Build the Shanghai International Science and Technology Innovation Center”, which highlights integration, systematization, and projectization. A total of 19 measures have been proposed in 6 areas, creating a “combo punch” of policies covering the entire life cycle of science and innovation.
