Zhitong Finance App News, Mingke International (08100) issued an announcement. In order to seize the development opportunities brought by artificial intelligence technology and deepen the Group's business layout in the field of enterprise management solutions and IT contract services, the Group is currently exploring the viability of entering the AI application business. Specifically, the company initially plans to develop an artificial intelligence business division (this project) focusing on intelligent work assistants.

The project aims to integrate advanced artificial intelligence technology into enterprise and personal work scenarios, and assist users to intelligently reshape work processes and improve efficiency through intelligent and modular work assistant services. The artificial intelligence business development directions that the Group intends to explore include:

— Artificial intelligence applications in work scenarios: explore the introduction of artificial intelligence technology into different vertical industries and daily workflows to provide intelligent collaboration and support services; and

— Enterprise artificial intelligence solutions: Combining the Group's existing enterprise management and IT service capabilities, we provide enterprise customers with tailor-made integrated solutions for artificial intelligence work assistants.

As of the date of this announcement, the Group has not entered into any significant binding agreement for the development, acquisition or licensing of any assets in this project, and there is no guarantee that the project will be implemented.

As the project is still in its early stages, the Group will pursue these initiatives in a prudent and market-led manner. Depending on actual business needs and market conditions, the Group plans to mainly use its existing internal resources and technical team to conduct preliminary feasibility studies, and will evaluate the feasibility of hiring professionals or external technical partners in due course. According to the Group's preliminary establishment plan, the initial cost of the project is estimated to be around HK$6 million to HK$10 million, to be funded from the Group's internal resources. The funding requirements are expected to be phased in over the next one to two years.

As of the date of this announcement, since the project is still in the preliminary evaluation stage, it did not have any significant impact on the Group's financial position or operating results, and it was not possible to reasonably estimate its possible future financial contributions.

The Group will continue to explore new investment and business opportunities to achieve sustainable growth and create longer term returns for shareholders. Such work includes expanding the scope of services of each business segment.
