According to the Zhitong Finance App, Guangfa Securities (01776) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained total revenue and other revenue of RMB 31,751 billion (same unit price), an increase of 59.42%; net profit attributable to the Company's shareholders of RMB 11.652 billion, an increase of 80.1%; basic earnings per share of HK$1.42; and an interim dividend of HK$2.889151 per 10 shares.

According to the announcement, during the reporting period, in terms of domestic equity financing, the company completed 6 A-share equity financing projects, with a main underwriting amount of 3,578 billion yuan; completed 6 listings on the New Third Board. As of the end of June 2026, as the host brokerage firm, the company continued to supervise a total of 57 listed companies, of which “specialized, special and new” companies accounted for 77.19%. In terms of overseas equity financing, 11 overseas equity financing projects were completed, including 9 Hong Kong stock IPOs and 2 Hong Kong stock refinancing projects, with an issuance scale of HK$45.814 billion; according to the balance of total issuance of IPOs and refinancing projects among all underwriters, Chinese securities companies ranked 5th in the equity financing business in the Hong Kong market (data source: Dealogic, company statistics).

In the first half of 2026, credit bond yields fluctuated downward, and credit spreads continued to narrow.
