Digitong (06188) announced interim results, net loss attributable to shareholders of 108 million yuan, an increase of 41.4% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Digitong (06188) announced the results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of 8.575 billion yuan during the period, an increase of 4.32% over the previous year; the net loss due to the owner of the parent company was 108 million yuan, an increase of 41.4% over the previous year; and the basic loss per share was 0.12 yuan.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to an increase in sales in both retail and wholesale businesses. The Group's sales of mobile communication equipment and accessories include (i) the Group's retail business sales; (ii) the Group's franchise business sales; and (iii) the Group's wholesale business sales. Revenue from the Group's retail business includes sales revenue from the Group's independent stores, in-store stores, stores set up in cooperation with mobile operators, and online sales platforms selling mobile communication equipment and accessories. Revenue from the Group's franchise business includes sales of mobile communication equipment and accessories to franchisees. Revenue from the Group's wholesale business includes sales of mobile communication equipment and accessories distributed by the Group to mobile operators and other third party retailers.
