At present, the Beijing Benz industry has become a joint venture between Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-Benz, which also owns three major model platforms for front drives, rear drives, and electric vehicles, as well as engine and power battery factories, and has been able to export core engine components and complete machines, making it an important part of Mercedes-Benz's global production network. Relying on this, Beijing Benz currently mainly produces pure electric GLC, pure electric CLA, E-Class, C-Class, and GLC SUVs. Facing the inflection point of the automobile industry's historical transformation from fuel to electricity, Beijing Benz responded positively and continued to accelerate the pace of “electrification, digitalization, and low carbon” transformation. In terms of the electric product matrix, Beijing Benz has put into production a total of 7 pure electric models. In the future, it will also build more “next-generation luxury” models and “core luxury” models based on the new Mercedes-Benz modular architecture platform (MMA) and the MB.EA pure electric platform.
