Zhang Ke pointed out that China Health Insurance, as the largest strategic buyer in the domestic pharmaceutical market, spent a total of about 13 trillion yuan during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period and maintained a high growth rate, providing a stable source of funding for the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry and injecting lasting momentum for development.
