According to reports, SK Group plans to sell 49% of its Ulsan AI data center in South Korea to a number of private equity institutions. SK Telecom and SK Broadband plan to approve the deal at the August 27th board meeting. KKR will acquire 29% of the shares, and a consortium formed by IMM Investment and Ishiqiao Capital will acquire 20% of the shares. The transaction is valued at approximately 3 trillion won, including a capital increase of approximately 1.2 trillion won.
