The Zhitong Finance App learned that Lepu Biotech (02157) rose more than 5% in the afternoon. As of press release, it had risen 3.9% to HK$4.13, with a turnover of HK$81,136 million.

According to the news, recently, Lepu Biotech announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with revenue of 522 million yuan, up 12.1% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was 27.393 million yuan, down 34.4% year on year; basic profit per share was 0.02 yuan. In terms of domestic commercialization, the Group obtained revenue of approximately RMB 371.3 million from the sales of Meiyouheng ® (Vibecotolatumab for injection) and Puyouheng® (prutelizumab injection), which is more than double the sales for the same period in 2025 (six months ended June 30, 2025: RMB 150.6 million).

According to a research report released by the League of Nations Minsheng Securities, Lepu Biotech's CMG901 Global Equity authorized AstraZeneca and MRG007 to license Arrivent from outside of Greater China to monetize R&D capabilities. During the reporting period, the company confirmed the CMG901 and MRG007 license transaction milestone revenue totaling $149 million. In terms of business model, the company has successfully built and verified domestic commercialization capabilities, and is about to launch the full BD chain of CMG901. This indicates that Lepu Biotech can continue to optimize its revenue structure through domestic commercialization and overseas licensing of two-wheel drives.
