South32 Posts Higher FY26 Attributable Profit, Revenue

11:36 PM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- South32 (S32.L, S32.JO) said Wednesday that attributable profit for fiscal 2026 soared, while revenue rose year over year. Profit attributable to members for the 12 months ended June 30 was $1.09 billion, compared with $213 million earlier. Basic EPS moved to $0.242 from $0.047. The mining company's revenue was $5.82 billion, compared with $5.78 billion a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared a final dividend of $0.054 per share for the second half, compared with the $0.026 per share from the year-ago period, payable Oct. 15 to shareholders on record Sept. 18. This takes the full-year dividend to $0.093 per share, compared with $0.06 per share in the previous year.
