Fenmei Packaging (00468) announced interim results. Profit attributable to owners of 8.182 million yuan decreased by 90.12% year-on-year

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Fenmei Packaging (00468) announced its 2026 interim results. Revenue decreased by about 14.5% to about 861 million yuan. Profit attributable to company owners was 8.182 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 90.12%; profit per share was 0.006 yuan.

Approximately 5.81 billion packages were sold in the first half of the year, a decrease of about 7.6% compared to the same period in 2025. The decrease was mainly due to a decline in international business sales. “Fenmei Brick Sterile Package 250ml Standard Type” still ranks first among the company's best-selling products, followed by “Fenmei Pillow Sterile Package 250ml Standard Type”.

According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was mainly due to a decrease in sales volume and average selling price. The decline in net profit was mainly due to a year-on-year decline in gross margin, changes in the accounting treatment of the Group's international business investments in March 2025 (resulting in profit attributable to associated companies confirmed from January to March 2025, but no corresponding profit was confirmed in 2026), and a year-on-year increase in administrative expenses.
