According to the Hao Sai announcement, the company and relevant shareholders of Xinneng Power signed the “Intent Agreement on the Acquisition Intent of Xinneng Power Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd.” to acquire not less than 51% of Xinneng Power's shares from seven shareholders including Zhang Dongsheng through cash payments. Seven shareholders including Zhang Dongsheng held a total investment of 89.375828 million yuan in Xinneng Power, or a total of 78.1599% of the target company's shares. After the transaction is completed, Xinneng Power will become a holding subsidiary of the company.
