Gurit Swings to H1 Attributable Profit; Net Sales Down

01:14 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gurit (GURN.SW) said Wednesday it swung to an attributable profit in the first half, while net sales dropped year over year. Profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 9 million francs, compared with a loss of 68.2 million francs a year ago. EPS was 1.92 francs, compared with a loss per share of 14.59 francs. The Swiss composite materials company's net sales were 153.9 million francs, compared with 164.7 million francs earlier. For 2026, the company raised its guidance for net sales growth from continuing operations to between 9% and 11%, at constant exchange rates, from the earlier guidance of mid-single-digit growth.
