OncoZenge Plans SEK33 Million Rights Offering

12:26 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OncoZenge (ONCOZ.ST) on Tuesday unveiled plans to offer up to 33.3 million kronor of shares with preferential rights. The shares will be offered to directors, senior management and certain larger shareholders of the Stockholm-listed clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. Prior to launch, 80% of all the shares earmarked for the offering are already covered by subscription and guarantee commitments. Under the offering, shareholders on record as of Sept. 2 will receive three subscription rights for each share held. Every four subscription rights entitle the holder to subscribe to one new share at 3 kronor apiece within the subscription period of Sept. 4 through Sept. 18. Net proceeds from the offering will be used for the ongoing phase 3 trial of BupiZenge as a treatment for oral pain associated with oral mucositis in cancer patients, preparations for a marketing authorization application, and general corporate expenditures.
