After investigation, Lo Jialing lost her ideals and beliefs, betrayed her original mission, and fought against organizational censorship; violated organizational principles, obtained personnel benefits and accepted property for others in violation of regulations; violated the bottom line of integrity, accepted gifts that might affect the impartial execution of official duties, obtained large returns through private loans, and operated commercial enterprises in violation of regulations; used public power as a tool to obtain personal gain; used the convenience of her position to obtain benefits for others, and illegally receive huge sums of money; used the convenience of her duties to misappropriate huge sums of money Public funds are for personal use. Carrie Lo seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and life discipline. It constituted a serious offense of office and was suspected of bribery and misappropriation of public funds. She did not retreat or withdraw after the 18th National Congress of the Party.
