The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on August 25, Jiufang Digital Intelligence (08238) changed positions. The total market value of transferred positions was HK$2,489,800, accounting for 5.11. The company's shareholders transferred 17 million shares to KGI Securities Asia and 17 million shares from Hongzhi Securities.

Jiufang Digital Intelligence previously announced that the preconditions for the subscription agreement have been reached, and the issuance of convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$3.5 million was completed on July 10, 2026. Based on the initial exchange price of HK$0.2 per share, the convertible bonds can be converted into 174.1824 million shares, which is equivalent to: (i) about 5% of the company's current issued share capital at the date of this announcement; and (ii) about 4.76% of the company's issued share capital expanded through the issuance of shares.
