Zhitong Financial App News, Weijun Biotechnology (00660) announced that on August 25, 2026, the company and Pahang Aerospace City Development Berhad (PACDB), Baiyuzen Holdings Sdn Bhd (Baiyuzen), Ennova ICT Pte Ltd (Ennova) and Radiant (China) Holdings Limited ( Radiant) has signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation for a comprehensive AI digital infrastructure ecosystem project at Pahang Aerospace City (Pahang Aerospace City) in Malaysia.

The project aims to plan, finance, develop and deliver a world-class integrated AI digital infrastructure ecosystem in Pahang Aviation City, Malaysia. The overall ecological and industrial park of the project has a total planned area of over 1,200 acres. The first phase of the Zone 1 block is planned to cover about 253.74 acres of land, including 300 megawatts of Pahang Aerospace City PACIT load. Pahang is the only large-scale AI computing power hub planned in the Eastern Corridor of Malaysia. This computing power node has strategic exclusivity in the east and is the core fulcrum of the East Coast digital economy industry layout. The second phase plans the Cumulus Artificial Intelligence Data Alliance Hi-Tech Industrial Park on 918 acres, which has irreplaceable value for the project's future computing power customer drainage and long-term strategic card position. Its core construction includes but is not limited to:

1. Very large AI data centers: Plan a minimum total IT load of up to 300 megawatts.

2. GPU computing power infrastructure: Deploy large-scale GPU clusters to meet the world's surging demand for AI training and inference computing power.

3. AI supercomputing platform and national AI cloud: building high-performance computing (HPC) and sovereign cloud infrastructure to serve cutting-edge scientific research and commercial enterprises.

4. Green energy and optical fiber networks: supporting low-carbon renewable energy systems and high-bandwidth optical fiber communication networks.

The Board of Directors believes that the conclusion of the Memorandum of Understanding marks a historic step in the Group's strategic upgrading and has a profound positive impact on the company's long-term development and market capitalization increase:

1. Seize the explosive dividends of global AI computing power: With the leapfrog development of global artificial intelligence technology, computing power has become the most scarce strategic resource. Participating in the construction and operation of a 300-megawatt AI data center and GPU cluster will enable the Group to directly enter the global high-value AI computing power supply chain and open up a new explosive profit growth engine.

2. Leading the integration of Web 3.0 and physical assets (RWA): The company was appointed to lead the RWA tokenization and Hong Kong listing operation of this huge digital infrastructure asset. It is not only highly in line with the HKSAR Government's policy orientation to vigorously develop Web 3.0 and digital asset centers, but will also greatly enhance the company's position in the international fintech industry and create rich capital operation benefits.

3. International layout and top ecosystem: Through deep ties with Malaysian national developers and top international technology foundations, the Group has successfully expanded its business footprint into the promising Southeast Asian market (overseas strategy), bringing the Group a continuous and stable international cash flow expectation.

The board of directors is convinced that this strategic cooperation will greatly broaden the Group's business moat and achieve “cutting-edge technology+ innovation capital” two-wheel drive, which conforms to the overall best interests of the company and all shareholders.
