According to the Zhitong Finance App, Minshi Group (00425) announced its 2026 interim results. Turnover increased by about 9.1% year on year to 13.408 billion yuan, profit attributable to company owners increased by about 12.3% year on year to 1,434 billion yuan, and basic profit per share was about 1.235 yuan.

During the review period, the Group's product business such as battery boxes, structural parts and plastic parts maintained good growth. Among them, the Group's EMEA market business has fully benefited from strong sales growth of new energy vehicles in Europe, and the sales performance of major products such as supporting battery cases is excellent; the American, Japanese, and South Korean markets are driven by gradual mass production of new projects and increased customer demand, and the business has maintained steady growth. Although the Chinese market has declined due to the decline in production and sales in the passenger car market, the Group has effectively hedged the downward pressure on the market through diversified business expansion and customer structure optimization, and has maintained stable operation overall.

During the review period, the Group's acceptance of new orders continued to expand steadily. In response to the differentiated performance of various OEMs in different markets, the Group adjusted its business strategy in due course to ensure a balanced and stable overall layout. During the review period, the Group made major breakthroughs in battery cases and chassis structural parts. After winning Toyota's battery case business in the Japanese market and structural parts business in the European market, it further acquired the battery case and chassis structural parts business of Toyota's Shanghai factory, as well as the structural parts business of Toyota in Japan; at the same time, it also broke through the Mercedes-Benz anti-collision beam business and Honda's hybrid battery case business for the first time. Furthermore, the Group successfully obtained an order for battery cases for Hyundai Kia's best-selling models in Europe, becoming its largest supplier of battery cases in the European market. At the same time, the Group continues to expand the business share of these related products among customers such as Volkswagen, BYD, Geely, Changan, and Great Wall. During the review period, the Group further deepened the cooperation model of technology co-creation with customers.
